4 - 5 large potatoes
2 hard boiled eggs

Dressing:
1 tsp dehydrated onions
1 tsp water
1 cup Miracle Whip
! Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pealed potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and allow to cool.
Meanwhile, soak dehydrated onion in water until soft, add Miracle Whip, mustard and sugar, stir. Set aside.
Cut cooled potatoes, add eggs (chopped or shredded). Add dressing to mixture and stir to coat. Make adjustments as necessary.
