2 cups frozen corn, thawed
2 Tbsp shortening
1 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
2 eggs, beaten
cup cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan melt shortening and add flour. Add milk gradually and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add corn, sugar, salt and pepper and heat thoroughly. Remove from heat and add beaten eggs. Pour into greased baking dish and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until firm.
