12- Short Ribs
2 onions, large
6 red potatoes
4 large carrots
1 C water
2 T oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. In electric skillet braise short ribs on all sides in oil
2 Peel and half potatoes, scrape carrots and peel and quarter onions
3 Add water and vegetable
4.. Cover and cook on high simmer heat for 11/2 hours
5. pull sausage to the top so vegetables will get brown
6. If too much water, remove lid and turn up heat
7. Test potatoes and carrots for doneness
8 Make gravy from meat drippings using 2 T of corn starch, salt and pepper to taste.Add a bee bulion cupe if desired. Mix until thickened adding more corn starch as needed.

2 bottles of Heinz beef or savory beef gravy. mixed with pan drippings
