2 c. light corn syrup
4 tsp. baking soda

Combine sugar and syrup in sauce pan. Cook to hard _____ 290º. Remove from heat. Add baking soda heat very quickly until will ___. Will foam up a lot. Pour into jelly roll pan. Let cool. Handle very gently. Break into pieces and dip.
