1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg - beaten

Mix together and put in unbaked pie shell.
 

TOPPING

2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:

Mix and put this on top of rhubarb mixture and bake at 425º for 10 minutes. Then bake 30 minutes at 350º.
