1 c. rice
2 c. sugar
6 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

With milk, bake @ 375ºF
Stir every 15 minutes.
Bake for 1 1/2 hrs. then:
Add 1 c, milk
Add 1 tsp. vanilla when pulled from oven.

This Rice Pudding was so creamy that Uncle Dale stuck a straw through the top skin and drank the juice when no one was looking. He fessed up quite a while later and was wondering if anyone had noticed. Of course, Mam Mam was wondering why her beautiful Rice Pudding had sunk down in the bowl. Glenn
