White Chili Recipe

1 lb chick breast pieces
2 cans chicken broth
3 cans navy beans
2 cups chopped white onion
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 small can chopped green chiles
2 heaping tsp ground cumin
2 tsp oregano
tsp cayenne pepper
1 dash hot pepper sauce

Prepare chicken breasts by poaching and cutting into small cubes. In large pot, add chicken broth and beans with liquid; cook over low heat. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until transparent. add green chiles with liquid. Add this mixture into the pot with beans and broth. Add chicken. Stir in cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper, and hot pepper sauce. Heat mixture until it begins to bubble. Serve with corn bread or tortilla
