Ingredients:  
2 hamburger
1 lb dry small red beans
1 qt tomato juice
1 medium onion
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
Tbsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place beans into Crock Pot and cover to 2 inches above with water.
Cook overnight on Low. The next morning, brown hamburger and onion, drain. Add ground beef mixture and remaining ingredients to beans in the crock pot and cook at high all day. Chili will be ready for supper.
