2 lbs. great northern beans
1 - 49 oz can chicken broth
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 large onion, chopped
1 Tbsp oil
3 - 4.5 oz cans mild green chili's
3 tsp. cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground cloves (optional)
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
4 cups chicken breast (about 9
breasts) cooked and diced
6 cups Monterrey jack cheese
Mushrooms (optional)

Mix all ingredients, including cheese, and pour into 2 crock-pots. Cook overnight and through the next day. Add more chicken broth if needed. Soup will be very thick. Top with Salsa and sour cream. Freezes well.
