1 medium head cabbage
1 small onion
1 green pepper
6 olives, sliced
1 cups sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp celery seed
⅛ tsp pepper
cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cabbage; finely chop onion and green pepper. Place in mixing bowl and set aside. In small sauce pan mix vinegar, salt, celery seed, pepper, and oil. Bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage mixture and blend well. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
