about 4 red potatoes cut into chunks
1/2 tbsp garlic
3/4 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 tb ground beef
2 tbsp flour
3 cups frozen mixed veggies
3/4 cup beef broth
2 tbsp ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º

2. Cook potatoes and garlic in boiling water for approx 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft.

3. Drain and return to saucepan; add sour cream and mash potatoes. Stir in cheese once mashed.

4. Brown meat in frying pan. Stir in flour and cook for another minute.

5. Add mix veggies to meat along with ketchup and broth. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally

6. Pour meat mixture into baking dish and top with potatoes. Flatten out to cover over all of the meat.

7. Bake for 18 minutes or until everything is heat through. Top with remaining cheese and bake another
2 minutes until cheese is melted on potatoes.
