Fruit Salsa


Ingredients:

1 granny smith apple
1 pint strawberries
3 kiwi fruit
cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Core apple and cut into quarters. Peel kiwi. Remove stems from strawberries. Combine all ingredients in a Tupperware Quick Chef chopper and turn handle until fruit is coarsely chopped. Substitute your favorite fruits and adjust amounts to meet your preferences.
 

Cinnamon Tortilla Chips


Ingredients:

flour tortillas (any size)
cinnamon and sugar mixture
melted butter (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Using pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut tortillas into wedges or strips.
Brush top of tortillas with water or butter; sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Repeat on back side of tortillas. Place on baking sheet and bake in a 350 oven for 5-10 minutes or until crisp.
