1 can white corn
1 can black eyed peas
1 can black beans
1 diced red pepper
1 diced green pepper
cup diced onion
cup diced banana pepper
3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 Tbsp lime juice
tsp black pepper
8 oz fat free Italian dressing

Directions:

Drain and rinse canned vegetables. Mix all together and let set overnight in fridge. Serve with tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
