Onion Petals Recipe

large onions
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne
tsp pepper
tsp oregano
⅛ tsp thyme
⅛ tsp cumin

Dipping Sauce:
cup mayo
2 tsp ketchup
2 Tbsp horseradish
tsp paprika
tsp salt
⅛ tsp oregano
dash pepper
dash cayenne

Cut onions to make "petals". Mix egg and milk, dip petals. Combine dry ingredients and roll petals in them. Fry in oil or freeze for future use.
