large onions
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp paprika
1 ½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp cayenne
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp oregano
⅛ tsp thyme
⅛ tsp cumin

Dipping Sauce:
½ cup mayo
2 tsp ketchup
2 Tbsp horseradish
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp oregano
dash pepper
dash cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Cut onions to make "petals". Mix egg and milk, dip petals. Combine dry ingredients and roll petals in them. Fry in oil or freeze for future use.
