16 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 medium avocados, peeled and mashed
½ cup finely chopped onion
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 medium tomatoes, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine softened cream cheese, avocado, onion lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and Tabasco, mixing well until blended. Add tomato and stir gently. Refrigerate any leftovers.
Cream cheese allows this to hold up better than regular guacamole, making it good for taking to a party.
