1 medium leek, white portion only, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp butter
½ cup heavy cream
dash salt and pepper
dash nutmeg
1 pkg frozen mini phyllo tart shells
2 oz brie cheese, rind removed

Directions:
Directions:
In small skillet, saute leek and garlic in butter until tender. Add cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Place tart shells on baking sheet. Slice cheese into 15 pieces, place 1 piece in each shell. Top each with 1 1/2 tsp leek mixture. Bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes or until heated through. Refrigerate leftovers.
