1 can creamed corn
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 or 2 brown and serve sausages
2-3 slices of wihite bread (torn)
some Amercian cheese - either white or yellow (2 slices)

Directions:

Open can of creamed corn - add can of stewed tomatoes - add sliced brown n serve sausage (having previously browned it) OR sausage patty - or sweet Italian sausages - mix all together - add American cheese - one or 2 slices - and heat it all on a medium heat - until almost boiling...

Take off the heat - pour into a large bowl - add 2 or more (to taste) slices of white bread - torn into pieces - or any left-over bread (i.e., French bread load - Italian bread loaf) - add to the mixture...

salt and pepper to taste - and for a bit of variety in seasoning - you can finely chop a scallion or two -

This is called GLOP ...
