3 eggs 1 cup flour 3 Tbsp sugar pinch salt 3 ½ Tbsp oil 1 ½ cup milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process to form a thin batter. Spray 10 or 12 inch saute pan with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add approximately 1/4 cup of batter and swirl to cover bottom of pan. Pancake will be very thin. Cook, without turning, until top looks dry and bottom is a golden brown.
