2 lb Beef brisket
1 cup Beef broth
1 cup coca-cola
1/2 cup Red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Onions, chopped
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Place brisket in 13x9 (3-quart) glass baking dish or large resealable plastic bag. In medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over brisket, turning to coat. Cover dish or seal bag and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

Drain brisket, reserving marinade. Place brisket and half of marinade (about 1-3/4 cups) in 13x9 baking dish and cover. Discard remaining marinade.

Bake for 4 hours or until tender.
