1 soup can water
6 chicken bouillon cues

Directions:
Rinse chicken. Combine chicken and 3 quarts water in stockpot (I always used chicken breasts). Boil over high heat for 10 minutes. Cok, covered, on low heat for 1-1/2 hours or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken broth; strain broth. Cool and bone chicken. Set aside. Bring strained broth, soup, 1 can of water, bouillon cubes, celery seeds (I use fresh celery), sage, soup mix, parsley, lemon powder and pepper to a boil in clean stockpot over high heat. Drop tortillas (or dumplings) into boiling broth. Cook over high heat for 10 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking. Cook, covered, over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir in chicken. Heat through.
