4 cups Kellogs All-Bran
2 cups Nabisco 100% Bran or Bran Buds
1 cup shortening or butter
3 cups sugar
2 cups boiling water
1 quart Buttermilk
4 eggs
5 cups flour
5 tsp soda
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place cereals, butter and sugar into a large boil and poor in boiling water and mix. Stir in buttermilk. Add eggs one at a time. In a separate bowl mix together flour, soda and salt. Stir into liquid mixture until well blended. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Muffins can be baked as needed. Batter may be refrigerated for up to 6 weeks.
