4 cups Kellogs All-Bran
2 cups Nabisco 100% Bran or Bran Buds
1 cup shortening or butter
3 cups sugar
2 cups boiling water
1 quart Buttermilk
4 eggs
5 cups flour
5 tsp soda
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place cereals, butter and sugar into a large boil and poor in boiling water and mix. Stir in buttermilk. Add eggs one at a time. In a separate bowl mix together flour, soda and salt. Stir into liquid mixture until well blended. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Muffins can be baked as needed. Batter may be refrigerated for up to 6 weeks.
