1 can Ro-Tel
1 can Cream of Mushroom
1 can Cream of Chicken
1 Green Bell Pepper diced
1 Onion diced
2 Skinless Bonless Chicken Breast
Tortilla Chips
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cp Monterey Jack Cheese
1 cp Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325
2. Saute onions & bell pepper in oil over medium low heat
3. Cube chicken breast into small pieces
4. Add chicken to onion; cook until no longer pink
5. Add mushroom soup, chicken soup and Ro-Tel
6. Line bottom of casserole dish with tortilla chips
7. Layer half of chicken on top of chips
8. Layer half of Monterey and cheddar cheese on top of chicken
9. Repeat layers
10. Bake uncovered go 40 minutes
