Muffin batter

3 cup flour
cup vanilla pudding mix
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 tsp baking powder
4 tsp instant coffee granules
2 tsp cinnamon
tsp salt
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups mini chocolate chips

In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Whisk egg, milk, butter, and vanilla together in a small bowl. Stir into dry ingredients until just moistened; fold in chips. Fill muffin cups full.
 

Topping

cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
cup cold butter

Directions:
Directions:
For topping, combine flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in small bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles crumbs; sprinkle on muffins. Bake at 375 for 22-24 minutes. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
