1/2 cup butter softened
2 cups sugar
8 eggs
2 cans (20 oz each) crushed pineapple in natural juice
3 T lemon juice
10 slices stale white bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in pineapple and lemon juice. Fold in bread. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan and bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 325 until set.
