1/4 Cup butter
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2-3 tablespoons Bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Beat eggs and add to the butter and sugar mixture. Mix chocolate chips, corn syrup, salt, vanilla, chopped pecans and bourbon, then fold into butter sugar and egg mixture. Pour in a 9" (deep dish) pie shell and bake at 375º for 40-50 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
