6 Tbsp. cocoa
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
½ tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
½ cup flour
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Melt butter with the cocoa in a saucepan over medium low heat, whisking constantly till blended. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, salt and walnuts. Mix well. (Very runny batter.) Pour into a well buttered baking pan. (Looks like this is a double batch so use a 9x13-inch pan.)

Bake at 325º for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cut while warm.
