1 lb. hamburger
½ onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can creamed corn
2 cups cooked macaroni
½ tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Chili powder to taste (optional)
Garlic powder to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion together. Add tomato soup, creamed corn, macaroni and seasonings. Simmer on stove top or bake at 350º until bubbly. (Can add several slices of Velveeta for a cheesy casserole or you can add picante sauce to spice it up).

This was one of Gramma Georgia's recipes. I made this casserole along with garlic bread quite often when Alex was growing up as it was a quick and easy meal, especially after I had a long day at work.
