Ingredients:
5 lbs. ground beef
1 Tbsp. minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
cup brown sugar
Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. mustard
2 to 3 cups ketchup, depending on how much sauce you want.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and minced onion together. Add the rest of the ingredients. I like to put this into a crockpot and let it simmer. This helps all of the flavors work through. You can also simmer it in the skillet for 30 minutes and then serve. Freezes great!
