Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash
browns, thaw a little
Mix together:
½ cup melted margarine
1 (10½ oz.) can cream of
mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup chopped onions
1 cup milk
1½ cups cubed Velveeta cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients except hash browns, stirring until cheese is melted. Watch closely as this can scorch easily. Add hash brown potatoes. Mix together and pour into 9x13-inch pan.

Bake at 350º for 1 hr. or until brown & cooked well. I usually cover with foil the first 45-50 minutes and then finish baking with the foil off.
