1 lb. ground beef
1 small head lettuce, shredded
1 bunch green onions, chopped
Or 1 small onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1-2 tomatoes, chopped
8 oz. Kraft Catalina or Russian dressing
1 (5 oz.) pkg. Nacho Doritos taco chips, crushed
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Brown the ground beef and drain. Mix lettuce, onions, tomatoes and drained beans in a bowl. Toss in the dressing and taco chips. Add the ground beef to the salad while still warm. Top with cheddar cheese. Serve immediately.
