Ingredients:  
1 small head cauliflower, broken into small pieces
1 bunch broccoli, cut into small pieces
2 carrots, sliced thin
1 onion, cut in rings or chopped
1 cup Minute Rice (do not cook)
Sliced black olives (optional)
1 tomato, diced
1 Bottle Orig. Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the dry rice and all the veggies except for the tomatoes. Pour to 1 qt. ranch salad dressing over veggies. Mix together. Let chill overnight. Add diced tomato just before serving. If salad is too dry mix in more dressing.
