Ingredients:  
1 (4 oz.) can mild green chilies,
diced
2 stalks small green onions,
sliced thin
2 (14.5 oz.) cans petite diced
tomatoes, drained

1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Fresh cilantro can be added
1 bag Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together green chilies and sliced onions. Add tomatoes and salt. Mix well. Put in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, to allow flavors to blend. When ready to serve, pour salsa over a block of cream cheese. Serve with Tortilla Chips.
