2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 jar (1½ cup) caramel sauce, at room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until creamy. Blend in 1¼ cups caramel sauce. Taste and add an additional ¼ cup caramel sauce if you'd prefer the dip a little sweeter.

Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl. Serve immediately with apple slices. Refrigerate any leftovers.
