16 "Uneeda Bakers" Graham Crackers rolled finely
1 teaspoon flour
1/2 cupful shortening - part butter - melted
1/2 cupful granulated sugar
1 teaspoonful cinnamon

Custard Filling:
3 egg yolks
1/4 cupful sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
2 capfuls milk
2 tablespoonfuls cornstarch

Meringue
Make a meringue of 3 egg whites and 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix, as for pie-crust; take one half of mixture and pack in pie pan

Cook together until mixture coats the spoon. Pour into pie pan. (make sure that you beat up the yolks)

Spread on top of the custard

Sprinkle remaining cracker crumb mixture over top of the meringue

Bake in moderate oven (325) until meringue is brown.
