2 cans french style green beans,drained
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts,drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 medium onion, minced
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
Garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Layer vegetables in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Mix together soup, sour cream, onion, grated cheese, salt & pepper. (Also works to mix all together and pour into casserole dish.)
Pour mixtureover vegetables.
Pour on melted butter and top with Ritz cracker crumbs and a touch of garlic powder.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
