2 c. cooked gizzards
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. accent
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 cooked eggs
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. celery leaves
1/2 c. parsley
2 tsp. plain gelatin
2 c. chicken stock
1 tsp. chicken base

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in cold water, add to hot base. Mix and grind. Put in jello mold and refrigerate.
