Pineapple angle food cake


1 Package Angle Food Cake Mix
1 Can 19 oz of crushed pineapple
Gently fold pineapple into the the cake mix.
Do not beat as it will put to much air in the cake and it will over flow when baking.
Pour batter in 9" by 11" pan

Bake at 350* for 45 min.

Beat 1/2 liter of whip cream with 1/2 tsp of vanilla and 2 tsp. of sugar.
Top whip cream on cake when cooled.

The first time I made it after I moved into to Deb's place Tamara just fell in love with it. So now it's something that has to be made for holidays and birthdays.
Deb and Tamara has made me feel so special in so many ways. The two of them are very special. It's nice to see a daughter who takes after her mother in so many positive ways.
