Meatballs
½ lb. Ground meat (90% lean)
½ lb. Ground sweet Italian Sausage
½ Cup Chopped onions
2-3 Cloves garlic minced
½ Cup Italian bread crumbs
½ Cup Grated Parmigiono - Reggiano
2 Eggs
Salt and Pepper

Cajun Power Cajun Spaghetti Sauce (available at Winn-Dixie)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Mix ingredients
Place golf ball sized meatballs in a greased muffin pan.
Place in oven cooking for 35 minutes filling them half way.

Cook noodles and heat spaghetti sauce over low-medium heat.
Place meatballs in sauce once cook.

The sauce is the best part.
