Ingredients:

3 sticks of margarine
4 T cocoa
1 C water

Boil - stir - cool

Add:
2 C sugar
2 C Flour
1/2 teas salt
1 T vanilla

Beat in 2 eggs & 1/2 C Sour Cream

Icing:
1 stick margarine
5 T milk
4 T cocoa
Boil for a second then add
1 box of powdered sugar
1 T vanilla

Top with chopped Pecans if you want

Grease, flour and nicely roll into large cookie pan & bake at 350 for 20 minutes

Ice within 5 minutes after cake is finished.

From Mom: Great dessert for lots of people at a bb- que, etc or picnic.

As I remember, Mom would make for 4th of July or any summer holiday when we were all over.
