1 pkg vanilla wafers
sm 2 inch muffin tins
2 cans pie filling (use the same or different kinds)

Mix
2 - 8 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place wafer in bottom of paper lined tins. pour mixture 3/4 full - bake 375 - 15 minutes - may be frozen here. I make & freeze them when needed then & just before serving add pie filling over top and leave in a paper.

as you know it is probably in reverse. Put the cupcake paper in the tin - then wafer - then moisture then pie filling.
