Crust:
2 eggs, beaten
½ c. sugar
2 heaping tsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cp. dates, cut up
1 cp. ground walnuts

Topping:
3 oranges, peeled and diced
3 bananas, sliced
3 Tbs. sugar
½ pint whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Make crust:
Combine crust ingredients in order given.
Pour into 8x8 cake pan; bake @ 300º for 30 min; let cool.
Crumble crust into chunks and put on platter, or in individual dessert dishes.

Topping:
Mix oranges and bananas together with sugar.
Layer over crumbled crust and let stand for 1 hour.

Top with whipped cream to serve.

(May use any fruit desired, fruit cocktail, etc.)
