1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie crust
2 eggs
1 can - 16 oz pumpkin
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1.2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 can - 12 oz undiluted Evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Make the pie shell. Preheat oven to 425
Beat eggs lightly in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients in the order given. Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce to 350 degrees and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until a knife is inserted and come out clean. Cool on a wire rack Top with whipped cream.
