2 eggs beaten - separately (that means yolks in one bowl - whites in the other)
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pint of shelled peanuts, put them through the food grinder (leave on the red skins)

Directions:
Directions:
Add peanuts to yolk mixture, salt, and vanilla. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Drop with a teaspoon on a buttered cooky sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees
