Crust:
½ cup butter (1 stick)
¼ cup powdered sugar
1cup flour
¼ tsp. salt

Filling:
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
1cup sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Grated lemon rind

Directions:
With a pastry blender or fork mix first 4 ingredients and press into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until golden. Combine eggs, flour, sugar, lemon juice and rind. Beat thoroughly. Spread over warm pastry. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Sit into squares and serve.
