1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg, separated
Dash of salt
1 cups flour
3 tsp cinnamon
cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, egg yolk and salt; beat until creamy. Stir in flour and cinnamon and mix well. Spread thick batter into a lightly greased 15 x 10-inch pan. Beat egg white until foamy, stir in powdered sugar. Brush sugar mixture over batter and sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut bars while hot. Remove bars from pan to cool.
