1-14 oz. can of red salmon, drained and flaked - pick out bones
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened to room temp.
¼ cup finely chopped scallions
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. white horseradish
¼ tsp. salt
Worcestershire and liquid smoke to taste

½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (lightly toasted)
3 tbsps. chopped parsley

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except nuts and parsley
Chill at least one hour. Remix and shape into a mount. Top with nuts and parsley.
Serve with crackers.

Can be prepared a day or two in advance. (If you do this, add nuts and parsley right before serving.)
