Ingredients:
1 angel food cake mix (Or you can use a store-bought one)
1 (4-oz.) package vanilla pudding mix
16 ounces fat-free lemon yogurt
8 oz. light whipped topping
fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

Directions:
Directions:
If using a mix, prepare cake according to package directions and bake in an angel food cake pan. Cool upside down over a narrow-necked bottle. Beat dry pudding mix with lemon yogurt in a medium bowl, using a wire whisk. Fold in whipped topping. Remove cake from pan. Slice cake horizontally into 3 layers. Place bottom layer on serving plate and top with ⅓ lemon yogurt mixture. Repeat with remaining layers. Scatter berries across the top of the cake. Refrigerate.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Sometimes I bought an angel food loaf cake, made half the frosting and made a smaller cake. You can also use different flavors of yogurt to mix things up a bit.
