1 cup flour
⅔ cup sugar
2½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup whole or skim milk
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
4 cups fruit (canned or fresh such as peaches, blueberries, apples, etc.)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. In bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk and mix batter until smooth.
3. Pour melted butter into 8 x8 x 2-inch baking dish. Pour in batter and cover all with fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
4. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes until lightly browned.
